A Gift of Music

Remembering Esme

Esme was a wonderful participant who danced with us for a few years. She was a beautiful, delicate dancer who would get really absorbed by the music. She was fun and we all had a big soft spot for her. We were so sad to hear of her passing.

Esme’s family reflected to us how much Esme used to enjoy coming to the classes and she would often tell her family about them.

Donation

Esme’s family very kindly donated some money to us that has allowed us to purchase a new Sonos speaker for our Dance for Parkinson’s sessions and for our work on hospital wards with people living with dementia.

Music

Music is a super important part of our work and to be able to hear the music in its fullness with lots of clarity, richness and depth is amazing at it will make our participants experience of the sessions even better. We think that this is something that Esme would have appreciated and approved of.

A big Thank You to Esme’s family for thinking of us.
