Gentle & Inclusive Yoga

60 Minutes of Calm

Take an hour just for you. Our gentle and inclusive yoga sessions are designed for every body — no matter your age, experience, or flexibility. Whether you’ve never tried yoga before or have years of practice, you’ll feel welcome here.

Each class includes:

  • Gentle warm-ups
  • Accessible yoga poses (asanas)
  • Breathwork to restore balance
  • Guided relaxation and meditation

We adapt the practice so everyone can take part comfortably — no need to touch your toes or sit on the floor if that doesn’t work for you.

Led by Rachael James, a 500-hour trained teacher (Sri Sri School of Yoga), these sessions are the perfect way to begin your week with positivity, calm, and clarity.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement
  • A blanket for extra comfort during relaxation
